These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and Pantas99 ("the Platform", "us", "we", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://pantas99.cam. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality made available through the Pantas99 platform.

Pantas99 operates as an international online gaming platform under offshore licensing, providing casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and e-sports wagering services to eligible users. The platform is designed to serve players across Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and surrounding regions.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager through Pantas99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an account on Pantas99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet any of these criteria constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and must remain aged 21 or above throughout your use of the platform. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement. Pantas99 enforces this through mandatory KYC verification and actively screens for underage access.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or are under guardianship are not eligible to register.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active Pantas99 account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances, including deposits and winnings.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and complete. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Not a Restricted Territory Resident: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• Not a Problem Gambler Under Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order from Pantas99 or any other gaming platform, and you must not be a person with a gambling problem who has voluntarily enrolled in a self-exclusion programme.

All new registrations on Pantas99 are subject to our mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. This process is a regulatory requirement under our international licensing obligations and is designed to protect both the platform and our players from fraud, money laundering, and underage access.

You may be required to submit the following documentation at any point during your account lifetime, including before your first withdrawal or when requested by our compliance team:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your MyKad (Malaysian national identification card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. The document must be current and valid.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three (3) months, clearly showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: For certain payment methods, you may be required to provide evidence of ownership, such as a screenshot of your e-wallet account (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) or a partial bank statement.
• Source of Funds: In cases where transaction volumes exceed certain thresholds, Pantas99 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds used for deposits.

Pantas99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict account functionality — including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Funds will not be released from a suspended account until verification is complete and approved by our compliance team. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account closure.

Your use of the Pantas99 platform is subject to the following general terms of use. These provisions apply at all times during your use of the platform and govern your conduct as a User.

• Personal Use Only: Your Pantas99 account is strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the platform on behalf of a third party, share your account access with any other person, or operate the account as an agent for another individual.
• Prohibited Activities: The following are expressly prohibited on the Pantas99 platform: cheating, collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploiting software vulnerabilities, engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that contravene our bonus terms, money laundering, fraud, and any conduct that constitutes criminal activity under applicable law.
• Accurate Wagering: All bets placed on Pantas99 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all wager details — including stake amount, selection, and market — before confirming a bet. Pantas99 is not liable for errors made by the User in placing bets.
• Platform Availability: While Pantas99 strives to maintain continuous service availability, the platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance windows or unexpected downtime. Pantas99 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, provided the interruption was not caused by gross negligence on our part.
• Compliance with Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Pantas99 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including those in Malaysia. Pantas99 provides gaming services on an international basis and makes no representation that the platform is legal or permissible in your jurisdiction.

Pantas99 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian and international payment methods for account funding. All transactions on the platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on the Pantas99 platform:

• E-Wallets (Instant): Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• DuitNow Instant Transfer (Instant): Available through all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank.
• FPX Online Banking (5–15 minutes): Available through all FPX-participating Malaysian banks, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect.
• USDT TRC20 Cryptocurrency (15–30 minutes): Subject to blockchain confirmation times. The MYR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of credit.

Minimum deposit thresholds and transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method. All deposits made into your Pantas99 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned, minus any applicable processing fees.

Withdrawal requests from your Pantas99 Real Money Balance are subject to the following terms. Processing times stated are estimates under normal operating conditions and are not guarantees.

• KYC Completion: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until your account has completed all required KYC verification steps to the satisfaction of our compliance team.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Pantas99 reserves the right to choose the withdrawal method in cases where the original deposit method cannot be reversed.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–60 minutes. Bank wire transfers may take up to 1 business day. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction. Please refer to the current platform deposit/withdrawal limits page for the most current figures.
• Bonus Balance Restriction: Bonus Balance funds and winnings derived from Bonus Balance are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.
• Fraud Prevention Review: Pantas99 reserves the right to conduct additional due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that trigger our fraud prevention systems. Such reviews may temporarily delay processing. We will notify the affected User and aim to complete any review within 72 hours.

Pantas99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific promotion-level terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• One Bonus Per Account: Each individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method is eligible for each welcome bonus offer only once. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover"). The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the individual bonus terms and must be met before the Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for Pantas99 welcome bonuses range from 10x to 35x depending on the selected bonus tier.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Unmet bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings generated from bonus play may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in individual promotion terms. This cap does not apply to Real Money Balance winnings.
• Pantas99's Discretion: Pantas99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Where a bonus is cancelled in error, Pantas99 will make reasonable efforts to restore the player to their pre-bonus position.

Pantas99 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable entertainment activity and recognise that, for some individuals, it can develop into a problem. The following responsible gambling tools and commitments apply to all accounts on our platform.

• Age Restriction — 21+ Only: The Pantas99 platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and above. We apply mandatory age verification at account registration and are entitled to request additional verification at any time.
• Deposit Limits: Users may configure daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to reduce a limit are implemented immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session length reminders and automatic logout triggers to manage the duration of their playing sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account is restricted from deposits and gameplay but withdrawals of the Real Money Balance remain available.
• Self-Exclusion: Any User may request permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period chosen, which may be indefinite.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Pantas99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, user interface, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, brand names, written content, and game assets — are the exclusive property of Pantas99 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or intellectual property belonging to Pantas99 without our prior written consent.
• You may not use any of Pantas99's trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, imply endorsement, or disparage our brand.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Pantas99 regarding the platform may be used by us without restriction, compensation, or attribution to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pantas99 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform.

• Platform Availability: Pantas99 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime.
• Betting Outcomes: Gambling involves risk and all outcomes are uncertain. Pantas99 is not liable for gambling losses incurred by Users, including losses resulting from the use of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Third-Party Services: The platform integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and other service partners. Pantas99 is not liable for failures, delays, or errors attributable to third-party service providers, provided we have exercised reasonable care in their selection and monitoring.
• User Conduct: Pantas99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, your breach of these Terms, or your non-compliance with applicable laws.
• Aggregate Liability Cap: Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, Pantas99's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Pantas99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole reasonable judgment that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software, or any other form of dishonest play.
• Multi-accounting — the operation of more than one account by the same individual.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent transaction activity.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward our staff or other Users.
• Any activity that constitutes, facilitates, or is associated with money laundering or the financing of criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame following a request.

Upon termination for cause, any Real Money Balance in your account will be reviewed in light of the grounds for termination. Where termination is due to fraud or material breach, Pantas99 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Upon termination at the User's own request without cause, the remaining Real Money Balance (net of any pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's registered withdrawal method.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pantas99 holds its primary operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and Pantas99, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If the matter cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by our licensing jurisdiction.

Pantas99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users of material changes to these Terms through a prominent notice on the platform, an email to your registered address, or both.

Any amendments will take effect on the effective date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Pantas99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

The current version and effective date of these Terms are indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
